Fees
Choosing to invest in therapy is a meaningful decision. This space is intended to support thoughtful, consistent work over time.
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $160
Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $200
Extended Couples session (110 minutes: $375
Co-Parenting Support (50 minutes): Individual sessions with one parent: $160, Joint Sessions with both parents: 200$
Sliding Scale: I have reserved openings for individuals or couples who require sliding scale. Please inquire.
Payment is due at the time of session and is processed through secure online system.
Insurance
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
I accept other specific plans as well, please inquire to see if your specific plan is accepted.
FYI: I do NOT accept insurance for Couples Therapy in MOST cases.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, Many of my session are held virtually using a secure telehealth platform.
Where Do you work with Clients?
I work with Couples and Individuals Located in Connecticut and Massachusetts and more states to come
How often do we meet?
Most Clients meet weekly or twice weekly especially at the beginning of therapy. We can discuss frequency that feels appropriate for your needs.
How long does therapy last?
The length of care varies depending on your goals and what you’re working through.
Some clients come for shorter period focused on specific issue, while others engage in longer term work for deeper exploration.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to fee.
Do you work with individuals and couples at the same time?
In some cases, individual and couples work may happen concurrently or at different stages. But this is done very mindfully with clear goals in mind.

What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
It’s common to feel unsure. A consultation can be a helpful first step to ask questions, share what bringing you in and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you.
What does Co-Parenting support look like?
Parent(s) navigating Co-parenting after a separation or birth of a new child is complex. During therapy we will explore communication techniques, setting boundaries, parenting support and your own emotional well being.
This can be done in individual therapy or both parents can come to joint sessions as add ons to individual work. The goal is creating a safe nurturing environment for the children where both parents feel aligned on goals.
What does Separation Support look like?
Separation support is offered to individuals or to couples who have made the difficult decision to end a relationship.
This may take the shape of transition support, navigating change in identity, processing grief and planning for the next chapter whether that includes the other partner or not.
